ADMISSION

Admission Requirements

Minimum requirements for consideration include:

·  Master of Social Work degree from an accredited graduate school of social
    work **

·  At least a “B” average in graduate school (equal to a 3.0 grade point   average on a 4.0 scale)

·  Two years post Master’s degree full time supervised clinical social work   practice (equal to 3,000 clinical hours)

·  Fluency in written and spoken English

·  Professional license(s) required by law from the jurisdiction where practice   takes place

·  Active current practice of clinical social work

·  Current professional liability insurance of 2,000,000/4,000,000

Personal psychotherapy or psychoanalysis is not a prerequisite for admission, though such experience is strongly recommended

For consideration of exceptions to any of the above requirements, inquiries should be made in writing to the Dean

** Persons with other master’s degrees who are licensed to practice psychotherapy will also be considered for admission.
