GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS

A student’s completion of the following requirements is prerequisite for Certification of eligibility for graduation:

  • A minimum of 36 hours of classroom credits with a grade point average of at least B (3.0).
  • All completed diagnostics and minimum time requirements for the treatment cases.
  • Dissertation requirements completed as evidenced by a written statement from the student’s Dissertation Committee to the Dean.
  • Good standing with the Institute with no outstanding fees or fines.

The Institute expects the students to complete the program in four years. However, a student who fails to meet all the requirements in the allotted time may petition the Dean in writing for an extension. Extension of time will be granted on a yearly basis for a seven-year period from the time of admission to the Institute. (Part time students may meet graduation requirements in no less than one year and no more than three years after admission to candidacy).
